Shipping Policy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order to avoid delays.

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can verify the issue.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds for items damaged during shipping.
• Once the damage is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement of the same item as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

Processing Time

Standard Orders: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

New Drops or High-Demand Releases: During new product launches or restocks, processing may take up to 7 business days due to increased order volume.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Lost Mail Policy

If your package tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international):

• Reach out to us so we can start a carrier investigation
• If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we’ll offer either a replacement item (if available)
  

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once you provide the correct address and cover any additional shipping costs.

Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, we are not responsible for the missing item. In these cases, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors, building managers, or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf before submitting a claim.

Signature Required (Optional)

If you would like your package to require a signature upon delivery, please let us know before placing your order. This service comes at an additional cost, which the buyer must cover.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
