If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, we are not responsible for the missing item. In these cases, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors, building managers, or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf before submitting a claim.
Signature Required (Optional)
If you would like your package to require a signature upon delivery, please let us know before placing your order. This service comes at an additional cost, which the buyer must cover.
